Job Description Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Driver Patrol Operations in Raleigh, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.46 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon01:45 PM - 10:00 PMTue01:45 PM - 10:00 PMWed01:45 PM - 10:00 PMThur01:45 PM - 10:00 PMSun01:45 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Conduct regular and random patrols of healthcare facilities, parking areas, access points, and surrounding property to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity. Respond to incidents, medical-related emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols. Monitor access to restricted areas, assist with visitor direction, and report security-related concerns or policy violations to appropriate personnel. Document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 21+ years of age. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
