LOCATION Uptown Charlotte, NC Primarily onsite environment supporting local offices and remote users Occasional travel to other office locations as needed Participation in an after-hours on-call rotation supporting critical systems and users WHAT YOU WILL DO Provide hands-on support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, conferencing systems, VoIP/Teams Phone technologies, and end-user hardware/software issues. Troubleshoot and resolve Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, and cloud-based application issues for end users across the organization. Support endpoint management initiatives including device provisioning, patching, software deployment, compliance management, encryption, and lifecycle refresh activities. Assist with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, MFA, user account administration, access management, and identity-related support. Support Intune, Autopilot, Group Policy, endpoint security tools, and remote management technologies in a modern enterprise environment. Support both Windows and macOS devices while assisting users in hybrid and remote work environments. Assist with mobile device support including iPhones, iPads, Android devices, and mobile device management platforms. HOW YOU WILL QUALIFY 3+ years of experience supporting end-user technology within an enterprise or business environment. Strong experience supporting Microsoft 365 technologies including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and related collaboration tools. Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, MFA, user provisioning, and identity/access support. Exposure to endpoint management technologies such as Intune, Autopilot, Group Policy, remote support tools, or software deployment platforms. Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments in a managed enterprise setting. Experience supporting desktop/laptop hardware, mobile devices, conferencing technologies, printers, and peripheral devices. Familiarity with endpoint security concepts, device compliance, patch management, VPN connectivity, and basic networking concepts. On-site Open #J-18808-Ljbffr
