Recruitment Marketing Specialist

ColonialWebb is hiring a RecruitmentMarketing Specialist to lead recruitment marketing campaigns focused on attracting skilled trades professionals , including HVAC technicians, electricians, plumbers, pipefitters, and mechanical trades talent . This role partners closely with HR and Talent Acquisition to build targeted campaigns that strengthen our workforce pipeline and support company growth. This is a great opportunity for a digital marketing specialist with experience in talent attraction, employer branding, campaign analytics, and recruiting advertising .
