Assembly 2nd Shift

Job TitleThis position is responsible for operating machines in a high-volume production area in the automotive manufacturing department. Hours: Second Shift 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM ET (subject to change if necessary)Essential Responsibilities And TasksPositions parts according to knowledge of unit being assembled or following blueprints.Operates machinery in a high-volume production area.Loads/unloads small parts to and from machines.Inspects parts to ensure safety and quality standards are met.Performs preventative equipment maintenance as required.Abides by TS16949 processes and procedures as dictated by the Quality Procedures Manual.Recommends ideas to assist in the implementation of quality and improvement.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
