Senior Customer Service Representative

Providing compassionate support to members, the full-time Senior Customer Service Representative will assist 50 to 70 callers daily with escalated issues, guiding them on health care decisions and navigating company resources while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S. Key responsibilities Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for team members and handle escalated calls to resolve complex customer issues Educate customers on health care topics and assist with appointment scheduling and navigation of online resources Demonstrate outstanding service by identifying and resolving callers' inquiries in a timely and professional manner Required qualifications High School Diploma / GED 1+ years of customer service experience or relevant experience in a medical office or call center Proficient in translating complex health care processes into understandable instructions Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with flexibility for 8-hour shifts during business hours Must be 18 years of age or older
