This position is the link between the business unit operations and the ITS department for enterprise business process improvement.In this role you will have the opportunity to:Perform business process analysis, design and simulation at the most complex level with responsibility for quality improvement, process improvement and/ or re-engineeringUnderstand related system integrations and considers impact in solution designsAuthor/review Conceptual Design Documents / User Stories and test scripts to ensure solution specifications are thorough and clearly define requirementsChair Business Process Liaison groups to share knowledge and socialize changeCoordinate Business process change management Evaluate software products’ functionality for application to client’s business processesBe the point of contact for complex Incident escalation. Ownership of resolution process including appropriate complianceAccurately capture business requirements in order effectively design solutionsMinimum Qualifications:5+ years of work experience in:Order Management and Purchasing processes and systemsOrder Management domainExperience in Quotations, Contract Management and Supplier DataERP Implementation experienceNice to have skills and experience:Experience with Infor ERP LN and/or BaaN 5C (implementation)Degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical EngineeringRecognized expertise in Purchasing and Distribution Systems involving ERPLN/Baan ERPAPICS certificationEDI experienceThis position is only available to those interested in direct staff employment opportunities with NTT DATA, Inc. or its subsidiaries.
