Customer Experience Specialist in Training

CarMax

CarMax, the nation’s largest retailer of used cars, is seeking a Customer Specialist in Training in Amherst, NY. You’ll deliver a customer-first experience, assist with sales, appraisals, test drives, and financing, while coordinating service appointments and ensuring accuracy in paperwork. You will perform vehicle condition assessments, support appraisals, and help maintain CarMax Quality Standards in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
