The Salvation Army North & Central Illinois Division is seeking a Pathway of Hope Case Manager to oversee casework services at the Midway Corps. This role involves implementing the Pathway of Hope program and ensuring families receive vital support and resources. Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in a human service area and at least two years of relevant experience. Bilingual candidates are preferred.
