What You'll Do:

As our next Compliance Analyst, you'll be at the heart of our missiondelivering essential services that help improve public safety, enhance environmental quality, and keep things running smoothly. You'll join a team that values hard work, safety, and showing up for one another.

Your Daily Impact:

• Compliance: Supporting regulatory, contractual, and operational compliance across the organization.
• Document Management: Maintaining tracking systems for key documentation, including internal policies and corporate details
• Corporate Compliance: Ensuring corporate entities remain in good standing across the U.S. and licenses are current
• Policy Development: Assisting in the development and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures
• Bids & Proposals: Collaborating with sales and bid teams to ensure complete and timely submissions
• Third-Party Compliance: Managing external compliance portals and requirements
• Data Management: Keeping databases and shared sites current, ensuring accuracy and timely information sharing
• Office Operations: Managing daily office activities including supply ordering, document management, scanning, and mail distribution

Minimum Job Requirements:

Minimum job qualifications define the essential skills, experience, and abilities needed to succeed in the role. They set the baseline for hiring but may evolve as the job and business requirements change:

• Education: High School or GED, College Degree Preferred
• Experience: 3 years compliance / office management experience
• Certification: Current Notary certification
