Open to attorneys at all experience levels and willing to train the right candidate, this is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about purpose-driven work and interested in developing a broad in-house practice spanning employment matters, contracts, compliance, governance, and legal operations.

Position Details

• Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid after onboarding)
• $100,000 - $150,000, based on experience
• Must be licensed to practice law in California
• Full-time Staff Attorney opportunity

Role Overview

• Provide employment law advice and counsel
• Oversee employee relations matters
• Review and negotiate contracts and agreements
• Manage outside counsel and legal disputes
• Support corporate governance and compliance initiatives
• Conduct legal research and prepare written analyses
