Diverse Staffing is looking for Warehouse Associates to support a floral distribution center in Norcross, GA. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role working with fresh flowers, plants, and floral supplies in a warehouse and cold storage environment .


Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and organize deliveries of flowers and supplies
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately
• Store products in warehouse and cooler areas
• Assist with floral product handling, arrangement support, and displays
• Water and care for flowers and plants to maintain freshness
• Load customer purchases and outgoing shipments as needed
• Maintain clean, organized work areas, coolers, and storage rooms
• Follow company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines

Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and remain active for extended periods
• Comfortable working in cooler / refrigerated environments
• Ability to work a Monday-Saturday schedule and flexible hours as needed
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
• Basic ability to follow instructions and maintain productivity in a fast-paced setting
• Previous experience in a warehouse, flower shop, retail, or general labor role is preferred but not required

Physical Requirements

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of products
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, including cold storage
• Continuous movement and physical activity during the workday
