Clinical Nurse Nursing

Night shift: 1830-0700; 3 shifts a week.

Contract length: 13 weeks; Guaranteed hours: 36.

Requirements

RN license from any state accepted.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required within one year of hire.
Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) required within one year of hire.
Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) required within one year of hire.
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required within six months of hire.
Emergency Severity Index Level 5 certification required within three months of hire.
Patient Sitter Competency Training upon hire.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care to a diverse patient population, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards of care.
Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting any changes to the medical staff.
Administer prescribed medications and treatments, ensuring safe and accurate delivery.
Educate patients and families about health conditions and care plans.
Maintain patient records and documentation according to facility policies.

Compliance / Notes

Orientation every two weeks; COVID and flu exemptions may be accepted with a declination form. Housing application must be submitted two weeks prior to start date.
