Overnight Youth Services Case Manager
Seattle YMCA
Seattle YMCA is seeking an Overnight Case Manager to support low-income youth and young adults in education, employment, housing, and life skills. You will build relationships, develop individualized service plans, and ensure services meet contract requirements. This is a full-time overnight role with Tue-Sat, 11pm-7am, in Seattle. You will work collaboratively with YMCA staff and community partners, maintain documentation, teach life skills, and help participants achieve stability and #J-18808-Ljbffr Seattle YMCA
