About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at Urological Consultants of Florida PA as a Bilingual Front Desk professional! In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless service in both English and Spanish/Creole. Hours 8:30AM - 5:00 PM.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage appointment scheduling and confirm patient visits.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information about services.
- Process patient registrations and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with insurance verification and billing inquiries.
- Coordinate communication between patients and medical staff.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Support additional administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish/Creole is required.
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in using office software and electronic health records.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Positive attitude and a dedication to providing exceptional patient care.
