Full-Time | High Commission Potential | Project-Based Sales
Golden Valley Paving is growing, and we are seeking a driven, experienced Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a professional who can confidently speak to commercial and industrial clients , and is motivated to win projects and build a strong book of business .
This is an opportunity to maximize your earnings while working with a team that delivers high-quality results.
What You’ll Do
Identify, pursue, and close projects
Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and relationship building
Conduct site visits , assess project scope, and collaborate on accurate estimates
Present proposals and confidently communicate project value, timelines, and pricing
Build long-term relationships with property managers, general contractors, and business owners
Manage pipeline and follow-ups to consistently close deals and hit revenue targets
Stay knowledgeable on materials, pricing trends, and industry standards
What We’re Looking For
Proven sales experience
Strong understanding of commercial project cycles and bidding processes
Ability to walk job sites and assess project opportunities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and strong work ethic
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, field + office environment
