Description

BCCS is Seeking a Full-Time Medical Assistant for Our Georgetown Location!

As a Medical Assistant with our Drug Diversion Program, you will :

• Comply with all BCCS policies and procedures.

• Monitors drug screens by clients.

• Completes appropriate documentation and forwards to various labs.

• Records Breathalyzer and Drug Screen results.

• Prepares and maintains lab areas.

• Assists with female client physical examinations when necessary

• Collects and processes specimens.

• Properly prepares specimens for transport.

• Operate and maintain facility and equipment safely.

• Maintain an inventory of equipment and supplies.

• Assist with intake and annual physical examination.

Requirements

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday: 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

• Full time position

Pay:

• Starting at $17/hour

• Commensurate based on experience and education

Qualifications

• REQUIRED : High school diploma or GED

• REQUIRED : Medical Assistant Program certificate/completion

• PREFERRED: At least 1 year experience as CMA (Certified Medical Assistant)
