When you help make fleets smarter, you make people safer.Job Description: Information Technology ManagerFLSA Status: ExemptReports to: James Sharkey, PresidentPosition SummaryThe IT Manager oversees the administration and support of the Epicor Kenetic ERP system at PSI, ensuring system performance, user support, and integration with shop floor operations. This role provides local IT support, collaborates with Corporate IT on broader initiatives, and maintains system documentation and training materials. The ideal candidate has strong Epicor Kenetic experience in a manufacturing setting and can work independently, including after-hours support when needed.Key Responsibilities:Administer and support the Epicor ERP system, including:System configuration and user setupDashboard and report customizationTroubleshooting and resolving application issuesSupporting upgrades and integrationsProvide first-level support for PSI and assist with manufacturing shop floor systemsDeliver desktops, hardware, and basic network support to local usersCollaborate with Corporate IT for escalations, guidance, and project alignmentMaintain system documentation and user training materials.Provide after-hour support as needed for critical issues or maintenance.Track and manage help desk tickets, escalating issues when necessary to ensure timely resolutionPressure Systems International is an Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/Vets/Disabled, committed to a culturally diverse workforce.
