Provide guidance, support, and constructive feedback to help your team succeed and grow.Customer Engagement: Connect with prospective customers through phone and email, schedule and confirm appointments, and follow up on missed opportunities to ensure a high conversion rate.CRM Mastery: Leverage our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (eLead) to develop and maintain a robust prospect development system and track customer interactions.Customer Satisfaction: Implement and oversee an effective owner follow-up system to drive repeat and referral business, contributing to high customer satisfaction scores.Seamless Lead Management: Transfer online leads efficiently to the Sales team and collaborate with Sales Management to provide timely quotes and information to customers.Brand Advocacy: Uphold and demonstrate behaviors aligned with Hanania's Vision, Mission, and Values in every customer and team interaction.Additional Duties: Take on other responsibilities as needed to support the dealership's goals and operations.What we need:Experience: 3+ years in the retail automotive industry with a proven track record of maintaining high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.Skills: Excellent customer service, communication (both written and oral), and organizational skills.
