Senior Functional Lead - Salesforce

We are seeking an experienced Senior Functional Lead to lead complex Salesforce and enterprise technology initiatives. This role will drive functional solution design, Agile planning, stakeholder alignment, requirements management, and cross-functional delivery to ensure measurable business value.
Senior Functional Lead Responsibilities
- Lead PI Planning , aligning objectives, priorities, dependencies, risks, and delivery commitments.
- Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to define roadmaps, PI objectives, and feature priorities.
- Define and manage epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria throughout the SDLC .
- Develop process maps, data flows, business rules, and target-state business processes.
- Facilitate requirements workshops, feature-definition sessions, and stakeholder reviews.
- Coordinate functional design and delivery across architects, developers, QA, and business teams.
- Manage risks, dependencies, issues, governance, UAT, release readiness, and stakeholder communications.
Senior Functional Lead Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience leading technology delivery, business transformation, or enterprise application implementations.
- Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, PI Planning, SDLC, backlog management, RAID management, governance, and risk mitigation .
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and enterprise integrations .
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD, test automation, release management, and production deployments .
- Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Visio, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
Senior Functional Lead Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce certifications are highly valued, including Platform Developer I, Service Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce Administrator . PMP, SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is also preferred.
