What You'll Do Oversee day‑to‑day legal operations and help manage the firm's attorney and support staff team. Handle a diverse caseload across multiple practice areas — you won't be siloed here. Bring an existing book of business and build upon it with the firm's full support and resources behind you. Work directly alongside the firm's founder on high‑level strategy, client relationships, and firm growth. Represent clients in trial — including jury trials and bench trials — with confidence and competence. Champion the use of technology to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and modernize how we work. Serve as a steady, trusted presence for both clients and colleagues. What We're Looking For Integrity — how you conduct yourself with clients, colleagues, and when no one is watching is non‑negotiable. Licensed to practice law in Florida and in good standing with the Florida Bar. Minimum 7–10 years of legal experience with strong proficiency in business litigation, real estate litigation, and/or personal injury (experience with probate, trust litigation, or family law is a welcomed bonus). Significant courtroom exposure, with demonstrated comfort in trial — both jury trials and bench trials. A sharp self‑starter who operates with urgency and good judgment. Highly organized, always one step ahead, and genuinely enjoys building and implementing processes that make the whole team better. A portable book of business you're ready to bring and grow. Strong leadership instincts — you know how to earn respect, not just demand it. Genuinely tech‑forward: you see technology as a tool, not a threat, and you're always looking for smarter ways to work. An excellent communicator — with clients, colleagues, and in the courtroom. Compensation We believe in rewarding results — and we've structured this role to do exactly that. Base salary $125,000–$150,000 DOE. Percentage of fees on cases worked. Generous commission structure for existing business referrals. Unlimited commission structure for new business brought to the firm. Holiday bonus based on performance and overall firm growth.
