National law firm specializing in personal injury litigation with a strong track record of success is seeking a skilled and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join their team.Ideal candidates are diligent and positive workers, able to work in a team atmosphere, self-starters and eager to learn and advance.This is remote but based in Boca Raton, FL, candidates must be barred and live in the state of Florida. Responsibilities: Handle a caseload of personal injury matters from inception to resolution. Conduct thorough investigations, gather evidence, and assess the viability of potential claims. Provide legal advice and guidance to clients, explaining their rights and options. Prepare and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests. Negotiate settlements and participate in mediation or arbitration proceedings. Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings. Collaborate with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient case management. Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends in the personal injury field. Qualifications: Must have an active Florida bar license in good standing and must have graduated from an accredited law school. Must have a minimum of 2-10 years of experience practicing personal injury law. Must have significant law firm experience. Must have a strong knowledge of personal injury laws, regulations, and procedures. Must have excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Must have exceptional communication and negotiation abilities. Must be detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
