We offer a competitive compensation package consisting of a substantial base salary plus performance-based commissions. Key Responsibilities Manage complex litigation matters from intake through trial. Develop and execute case strategy in collaboration with the firm's partners. Take and defend depositions, prepare and argue substantive motions, and conduct mediations. Work closely with expert witnesses and consultants to maximize case value. Prepare cases for trial and serve as first or second chair at jury trials. Provide exceptional client communication and maintain the highest standards of professionalism. Mentor junior attorneys and litigation staff as the department continues to grow. Qualifications Active member in good standing of The Florida Bar. Minimum of 5 years of civil litigation experience. Strong deposition, motion practice, and courtroom skills. Excellent legal writing, negotiation, and oral advocacy abilities. Self-motivated with outstanding organizational and case management skills.
