Personal Injury Litigation/Trial AttorneyLocation: Miami, Tempa, Boca Raton Schedule: Full-Time Work Setting: In-OfficeMW Talent is partnering with a large, established personal injury law firm with offices across the United States to hire Personal Injury Litigation/Trial Attorneys for its Miami, Boca Raton, and Tampa, Florida, office. The firm has two openings and welcomes candidates with strong personal injury litigation experience, first-chair trial experience, or both. Each candidate will be considered based on their experience and strengths.About the RoleAs a Personal Injury Litigation/Trial Attorney, you will manage personal injury cases through litigation and help injured clients receive strong legal representation and compassionate support. Depending on your experience, your responsibilities might include preparing cases for trial or serving as first-chair counsel in the courtroom.Key ResponsibilitiesManage personal injury cases through litigation and resolutionMeet with clients to discuss case strategy and provide updatesDraft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondenceConduct and defend depositionsEvaluate claims and negotiate with insurance carriersPrepare cases for mediation, settlement, and trialRepresent clients in hearings, mediations, and court proceedingsServe as first-chair trial counsel based on experienceManage an active caseload and meet all deadlinesCollaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staffProvide professional, compassionate, and clear client communicationQualifications• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school• Active license and good standing with the Georgia State Bar• At least four years of personal injury litigation experience• Litigation experience, first-chair trial experience, or both• Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and communication skills• Strong case-management and time-management skills• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced office• Team-oriented and proactive approach• Bilingual English and Spanish skills are a plusCompensation and Benefits• Competitive compensation based on experience• Paid time off, holidays, sick leave, and bereavement leave• 401(k) plan with employer match• Medical, dental, and vision coverage• Employer-paid supplemental benefits• Optional voluntary benefits• Annual performance reviews• Career development support
