Leasing Administrator

Leasing Administrator LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing property management organization to identify a Leasing Administrator / Property Management Assistant for a residential community in Rohnert Park. This opportunity is ideal for someone with recent market-rate property management experience who enjoys supporting leasing operations, resident communications, and day-to-day administrative functions in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the on-site property management and leasing team. Assist with new resident move-ins, renewals, and move-out documentation. Maintain accurate resident records and ensure files are organized and up to date. Prepare leasing documents, notices, correspondence, and resident communications. Support the leasing process by coordinating appointments, property tours, and applicant follow-up. Enter and update resident information in property management software. Respond to resident inquiries and provide excellent customer service. Answer phones, greet visitors, and assist guests visiting the leasing office. Process paperwork, scan documents, and maintain electronic and physical filing systems. Assist with general office operations and additional administrative tasks as needed. Requirements Recent experience supporting market-rate residential properties. Previous leasing, property management, or property administration experience required. Strong customer service and resident relations skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Experience with property management software is highly preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Professional and team-oriented approach.
