Position Summary:

Responsible for supporting contract administration and customer pricing activities for B. Braun Medical. Maintains accurate contract and pricing information in SAP, reviews customer pricing and contract documentation, and works with internal departments and external partners to resolve contract and pricing-related inquiries.

Responsibilities: Essential Duties

• Maintains SAP (contract bolt-on), assuring correct pricing for customers and to support internal sales division.
• Investigate, interpret, analyze, and audit cutomer’s contract pricing, as well as interact with various departments
• Works with Legal, Sales, Bids, Marketing, Finance, Customer Support, and other teams to resolve contract and pricing questions.
• Responds to inquiries related to pricing, contract terms, GPO affiliations, billing plans, customer hierarchy, and contract documents.
• Processes contract amendments, escalations, chargebacks, Capital Equipment, credits, customs, EAP pricing (Electronic Approval Process), tier activations, and compliance.

• Requires working knowledge of technical field/area of specialization. Exercises general application of principles, theories and concepts. Follows established procedures and guidelines.
• Works under direct supervision and from detailed verbal and/or written instructions. Uses established procedures to accomplish assigned task.
• May require some limited judgement in resolving problems.
• Contacts are primarily with department supervisors, leads, subordinates, and peers. Occasional contact with external contractors/vendors.

Expertise: Qualifications -Education/Experience/Training/Etc

Required:

• Associate's or technical degree.
• 2+ years of related experience in contracts, pricing, or sales support.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Regular and predictable on-site attendance.
• Ability to work a non-standard schedule as needed.

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with contracts, pricing, SAP, or sales support.

The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.

Pay Range: $26.44/hr - $31.25/hr
