Job Description
The Ford Agency is looking for a Compensation Analyst professional to bring insight and strong market knowledge to the compensation analysis process for the DC office of a global law firm. This individual will collaborate with the Compensation Director and other department leads in support of programs and initiatives to aid in the firm's recruitment and retention goals.
Responsibilities Include:
• Analyze job descriptions, job classifications, and salary ranges ensuring they align with current market trends
• Keep up to date with the latest market trends, inflation, and salary requirements
• Collaborate with HRIS team to enhance systems to support the annual compensation process
• Assist with developing and implementing comprehensive compensation programs
• Bachelor's Degree
• 4+ years of compensation experience for a large multi-site employer
• Law firm or other professional services experience a plus
• Advanced Excel skills with macros, pivot tables, etc.
• Experience with HRIS systems
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Compensation:
• $72,000 - $115,000 annually DOE
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
