In this role, you will oversee a full-time, full-school-year SLP caseload of approximately 70-80 elementary students per campus. Embrace the opportunity to serve in a supervisory capacity, guiding and mentoring Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) while collaborating closely with educational staff and families to deliver meaningful outcomes. The position is primarily itinerant, offering the chance to provide services across multiple campuses and make a district-wide difference.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP
• Direct experience working in school settings essential—elementary caseload experience strongly preferred
• Confident in supervising and supporting SLPAs within an educational environment
• Strong communication, organization, and team collaboration skills
• Must be comfortable working independently, as well as on interdisciplinary teams
• Experience with virtual-only (voco) service models is not suitable for this role

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and implement evidence-based therapy for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
• Develop IEP goals and document student progress in accordance with district and legal guidelines
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and supervision for SLPAs at assigned elementary campuses
• Consult with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Travel between campuses as required for an itinerant position
