School-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-time K-12 Caseload – Dallas / Fort Worth, TX
Minimum Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Texas SLP license through the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
- Eligibility for or an active Texas Education Agency (TEA) certification

As a School-based Speech-Language Pathologist, you will support students in developing essential communication skills that drive academic success, social confidence, and long-term independence.

Your expertise will play a vital role in identifying student needs, delivering targeted interventions, and fostering measurable growth. Whether you're experienced in elementary, middle, or high school settings, your work will directly contribute to student achievement across the district.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services - K–12 caseloads are available. Caseload and location preferences will be discussed during the interviews
- Conduct evaluations and contribute to IEP development and implementation
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in required meetings
- Weekly pay via Direct Deposit
- Premium Pay Rates based on experience, education, and certifications.
