Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse / Dialysis – Alliance, NE 69301

Start Date: August 18, 2026

Location: Alliance, Nebraska

Schedule: 36 hours per week; three 10-hour shifts plus one 6-hour shift (may flex to 10 hours based on need). Start times begin at 4:00-4:30 AM. Weekend and holiday rotation required. Overtime possible.

Highlights:

• Work in an acute dialysis unit with seasoned staff and excellent support system
• Consistent patient volume averaging 17-20 outpatient hemodialysis patients during the week
• Always staffed with an RN alongside a Charge RN or LPN/Tech for collaborative support
• BBraun dialysis machines and Gaia charting system
• Work 2-3 Saturdays per month; off on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day
• No on-call required

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Dialysis RN in an outpatient setting
• Active Nebraska RN license in good standing
• Current BLS certification issued through American Heart Association
• Clean professional license with no current or prior discipline
• Reliable personal transportation required (rideshare services not available in this area)
• Must pass comprehensive background screening and health requirements
