RN PreOp/PACU

Job Summary RN Pre‑Op/PACU – 40 hours per week, full time, dayshift. The unit includes 14 rooms housed together as one unit, allowing patients to have the same nurse before and after their procedure to increase continuity of care. Responsibilities include providing high‑quality patient care in both pre‑operative and post‑operative areas, working in a fast‑paced environment, managing frequent interruptions, and maintaining strong clinical knowledge of the perioperative experience. Requirements Current RN licensure in the State of Kentucky. BCLS required; ACLS and PALS required. Proficient in starting IVs. Minimum of one year RN experience in a PACU or ICU setting. Previous critical care or recovery experience required. Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, flexible working hours, and a positive attitude with good communication skills.
