This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on Controller to join a collaborative, high-performing team and play a key role in overseeing the company’s accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical accounting skills, a detail-oriented approach, and the ability to partner with leadership in a fast-paced, growth-oriented retail environment. Key Responsibilities Lead the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes and financial statement preparation Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations Manage cash flow forecasting, reporting, and working capital Oversee inventory accounting and support the financial reporting needs of a retail/distribution business Manage payroll, intercompany accounting, and related financial processes Prepare financial analysis, reporting, and insights for senior leadership Develop and maintain strong internal controls and accounting policies Supervise, mentor, and develop the accounting team Partner cross-functionally with operations, sales, supply chain, and other business leaders Support budgeting, forecasting, audit, tax, and other financial initiatives Preferred Background Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including Controller or Assistant Controller-level responsibility Experience within retail, consumer products, beauty, cosmetics, CPG, or distribution strongly preferred Strong understanding of inventory accounting and financial reporting Experience working with companies experiencing growth and increasing operational complexity Advanced Excel skills Experience with ERP/accounting systems and financial reporting tools Hands-on, detail-oriented leadership style with strong business judgment Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment #INSEP2026 #ZRCFS #J-18808-Ljbffr
