How you’ll make it happen

• Prepare substrates by cleaning, sanding, and priming to ensure optimal adhesion.
• Mix and match coatings to achieve specified shades, tones, and sheens.
• Apply paint, stains, and protective finishes using brush, roller, and spray methods.
• Verify quality through thorough inspections and precise touch-ups.
• Keep your tools in top condition and your workspace organized.
• Work closely with clients and teammates to align on requirements and outcomes.
• Operate with a safety-first mindset and follow all protocols.

What sets you apart

• Minimum 2 years of professional painting experience.
• Deep familiarity with painting materials, tools, and best practices.
• Capability to work both independently and with a crew.

• High school diploma or equivalent; advanced painting certifications are a bonus.

Choose your schedule

• Weekdays: Monday–Thursday, 6:00am–4:30pm
• Weekends: Friday–Sunday, 6:00am–6:30pm
