HVAC Technician 40 hour (Universal EPA 608 Certification Required)

Job Description:I. Position Summary:Demonstrate a strong commitment to the philosophy and goals of the mission of Hebrew SeniorLife and recognize resident/patient dignity and choice in aspects of daily life. Work with team to meet all needs of the resident. Strive to make every encounter with a resident/patient into positive and meaningful experience and opportunity.Repair, adjust, maintain and replace the entire heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems as needed. Reports to Chief Engineer or Director of Facilities. Collaborate with outside utilities on heating, A/C and ventilation.II.
