Seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal with 5+ years of law firm experience and a strong background in title review, surveys, and real estate closings. This role supports developers and homebuilders in a fast-paced, high-volume transactional environment and offers the opportunity to manage transactions from contract through closing. Responsibilities Manage commercial land acquisition and disposition transactions Review title commitments, exceptions, surveys, and legal descriptions Prepare closing documents, binders, and transaction trackers Coordinate closings, funding, and document execution Monitor critical deadlines and manage multiple active transactions simultaneously Support attorneys throughout the transaction lifecycle Qualifications 5+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience in a law firm setting Strong title, survey, and contract administration experience Experience supporting developers and/or homebuilders strongly preferred Proven ability to independently manage multiple transactions Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems such as iManage or comparable platforms Strong organizational skills and attention to detail What’s Offered Competitive compensation and benefits package Growth-oriented, collaborative environment Exposure to sophisticated commercial real estate transactions For immediate consideration, please send your resume to View email address on click.appcast.io. #J-18808-Ljbffr Trustpoint.One
