About the Role

The Company is seeking an Investment Banking Managing Director to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for originating new M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory engagements, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with a diverse range of clients, including business owners, executives, private equity investors, and strategic acquirers. This role involves leading the entire transaction process, from initial engagement to closing, and serving as a trusted advisor on strategic and financial matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong origination track record, at least 10 years' of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, or corporate finance, and established relationships within various industry sectors. Applicants for the Managing Director position should be current Managing Directors, Directors, or Senior Vice Presidents with a proven ability to source, market, and close middle-market transactions. Experience in advising founder-owned, private equity-backed, and corporate clients is essential. The role also requires strong leadership, business development, and client management skills, as well as the ability to mentor and develop junior investment banking professionals.
