Construction Field Laborer — High-End Remodels in Southlake, Westlake & Park Cities

$16–$23/hr DOE + $500/mo vehicle stipend (roughly $2.88/hr equivalent at 40 hours — real money on top of the wage)

Masterpiece Construction is hiring a full-time field laborer. The work is whole-home remodels, kitchens, and primary suites in $2M+ homes across Southlake, Westlake, Trophy Club, Flower Mound, Argyle, Bartonville, and the Park Cities. Not insurance work. Not production. The level of finish is high, and the clients notice the details.

We're a small team — four people right now, growing to eight or ten over the next two years. Subs tell us we're the most organized shop they work with. Brandon Allen runs the company on a simple idea: happy employees stay longer and produce happier clients. That's how we operate, not a slogan we put on the wall. NARI named us Remodeler of the Year locally and regionally.

What You'll Actually Do

• Demo and cleanup
• Material handling and stocking jobsites with what the crew needs
• Running for materials
• Meeting subs on site occasionally to get them started right
• Keeping the jobsite organized so the work moves

This is a laborer role. You're not swinging a hammer all day. If carpentry is what you want today, this isn't the right job. If you want to learn the business from the ground up and grow into a site super or PM over time, this is exactly the right job. Training is a line item for us, and the path is real.

Schedule & Pay

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Occasional Saturday, not every weekend
• $16–$23/hr DOE, W-2, overtime eligible
• $500/mo vehicle stipend starting day one

What We Need From You

• Valid driver's license, own vehicle, clean driving record (you'll drive between jobsites; the stipend covers it)
• Able to lift 50 lbs
• Good English (Spanish is a plus, not required)
• Positive attitude, clean appearance, good with people, works hard

The standard we hire to: would Chick-Fil-A hire you tomorrow? That's the bar for attitude and presentation.

Carpentry or construction experience is a plus. Not required. We'd rather train the right person than retrain the wrong one.

• Demo work and site cleanup on active remodels
• Material handling — loading, unloading, moving materials around the jobsite
• Running for materials when the crew needs something from the supplier
• Keeping jobsites organized and stocked so the work keeps moving
• Meeting subcontractors on site occasionally to get them started right
• Protecting finished work and keeping client homes clean (most of our jobs are lived-in during construction)
• Driving between jobsites across Southlake, Westlake, Trophy Club, Flower Mound, and surrounding areas

• Valid driver's license, own reliable vehicle, and a clean driving record
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet through a full workday
• Good English required; Spanish is a plus
• Positive attitude, clean appearance, and the kind of presence that would get you hired at Chick-fil-A tomorrow
• Reliable — shows up on time, every day, ready to work
• Good with people — you'll be around clients, subs, and the team daily
• Carpentry or construction experience is a plus, but not required
