Immigration Associate Attorney – Business Immigration
Location: Miami, FL | Full-Time
An established AM Law 200 firm is seeking an experienced Immigration Associate Attorney to handle employment-based immigration matters for corporate clients.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file H-1B, L-1, O-1, E-2, and employment-based green card petitions.
- Advise employers on immigration compliance and I-9 requirements.
- Manage immigration cases independently, from initial consultation through completion.
- Draft legal documents, conduct research, and represent clients before USCIS.

- Strong legal writing, research, and client communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases with minimal supervision.
