Client Advisor II - Ft. Pierce - $1000 Hiring Bonus

Description Location: Ft. Pierce, FL This position is responsible for increasing branch assets, deposits, customer base and revenue by building rapport with new and existing customers to understand their current and future financial needs, and match Seacoast Bank's products and services to those needs. The Client Advisor will also function as a bank Teller, processing transactions for customers in the lobby and drive-thru. Consistently gains the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, and authenticity. Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with customers, including preparing for interactions, building rapport, using open and closed-ended questions to understand financial goals, matching needs to products, confidently explaining products, creating and enhancing relationships, asking for referrals, exhibiting good listening skills, responding promptly to customer needs and requests, seeking appropriate staff for complex matters, balancing business needs with customer requests, embracing new technology, participating in community events, delivering presentations at networking events, exhibiting strong work ethics and teamwork, maintaining an active NMLS registration status, exhibiting proficiencies in consumer deposit and lending products, understanding small business deposit and lending products, high proficiency in outbound calling, identifying referral opportunities, building proficiencies with Treasury Management solutions, displaying proficiency in self-service technology, and collaborating with leadership to meet small business customer needs. Operations Open and process accounts; perform account maintenance; process checks, cash and sale of negotiable instrument transactions according to bank policies, protect against fraud, and mitigate risk. Ensure adherence to AML/BSA requirements, operational procedures and all regulated banking requirements; follow up on audits and QC deficiencies. Practice ethical sales behaviors in accordance with the Associate Code of Conduct and Sales Practices Policy. Balance cash drawer daily and monitor own work for accuracy. Follow instructions and respond to management direction to resolve customer objections and solve problems promptly. Adhere to Seacoast Bank's Code of Conduct and all safety and security procedures. Education and Experience High School Diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 6 months cash handling experience preferred. College degree preferred. 2+ years in financial services experience required. Flexible schedule required, including weekends and occasional non-bank operational hours. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and exercise a high degree of initiative. PC proficiency on Desktop, Laptop, Tablet, Smartphone devices and Microsoft Office Suite.
