Bilingual Customer Service Rep
Our client, a leading logistics and customer service organization, is seeking a CWR Customer Service Rep to join their team. As a Bilingual (Spanish and English speaking) CWR-Customer Service Rep that is you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting customer interactions and delivery coordination. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Pay Range: $18
Shift: Afternoon / Mid Shift 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM, 5 days/week, Sunday guaranteed off second day variable
What's the Job?
- Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email to ensure smooth delivery and service experience
- Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner, providing effective solutions
- Diagnose, assess, and resolve issues related to delivery and logistics
- Monitor progress of delivery routes and verify documentation such as stamps and scan haul-away pods
- Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders promptly and accurately
What's Needed?
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues satisfactorily
- Experience with handling inbound calls, preferably within a call center environment
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Bi-lingual in Spanish and English is strongly preferred
