VIP Services Team Member

The LA Clippers are accepting applications for VIP Services Team Members! The VIP Services team delivers white-glove service to our VIP guests, clients, and executives, ensuring a seamless experience from arrival through departure. The team supports our high-level executives and internal departments with special requests, events, gifting, and more. The team is dedicated to delivering exceptional and memorable experiences for all VIP guests.

This is a part-time role based in Inglewood, CA and is not eligible for benefits. Due to the nature of this industry, the candidate must be available to work a flexible schedule including weeknights, weekends, and holidays to cover high profile concerts, NBA games, and special events.

What You Will Do

• Set-up amenities for VIP guests (contractual obligations, special occasions/celebrations, etc.)
• Inspect & monitor VIP space environments prior to doors and during each event
• Set-up and facilitate VIP activations (in suites, on the court, etc.)
• Actively check-in with VIP guests & troubleshoot questions/issues right away
• Greet & escort VIP guests from their arrival to departure
• Deliver gifts to VIP guests as needed
• Assist with set-up and strike of special events as needed

Your Background, Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in a client-facing role with an emphasis on delivering elevated customer service, ideally within hospitality, events, or premium service environments.
• Polished interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to confidently interact with a variety of high-profile guests, executives, and fans.
• Ability to maintain discretion and professionalism when working with high-profile guests, executives, and talent.
• Ability to excel in teams and individually as required by business need.
• Ability to learn, contribute and thrive in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
• Able to read, write and take directions in English.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and positively interact in a diverse multi-cultural environment.
• Due to the nature of this industry, the candidate must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weeknights, weekends, and holidays to cover NBA games and concerts.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

About Intuit Dome:

Intuit Dome is the new home of the LA Clippers located in Inglewood, California. Intuit Dome is built different it redefines fans' expectations for live experiences and changes the entertainment landscape in Los Angeles.

Host of the 2026 NBA All-Star Game, Intuit Dome is over 1 million square feet and features our team training center, business operations offices, five full-sized basketball courts, an 80,000 square foot outdoor plaza, and a double-sided Halo Board composed of more than an acre of LED.

Compensation

• $18.42 per hour. Expected hours of work per week vary by department.
• We provide staff parking for each game.
• The role is classified as non-exempt.

Essential Physical Requirements

• Able to lift or move equipment up to 40 pounds
• Able to stand, sit or remain in a stationary position during shift
• Able to bend at the waist, reach overhead and horizontal
• Comfortable working at various heights and in small or enclosed spaces
• Both indoor and outdoor environments; indoor conditions are generally air-conditioned, while outdoor conditions may include inclement weather such as direct sunlight, heat, humidity, rain, sleet, and wind.
• Exposure to high noise levels and high vibrations
