SMB Senior Account Executive, Comcast Business

Senior Account Executive, Comcast Business (SMB Sales) Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video and Voice services to small and mid‑size businesses focusing mainly on advanced communications solutions including PRI, Hosted PBX and multi‑location opportunities. As part of the sales process, create and deliver face‑to‑face sales presentations that demonstrate knowledge of the latest Comcast products and services, promote bundled products for optimal customer solutions, and aim to exceed departmental financial and unit targets. Responsibilities Territory development, including creation of local business partnerships, organizational affiliations, and local enhancement of Comcast positioning and brand. Maintain quality sales records and prepare sales and activity reports as required. Ensure customer satisfaction and support a positive impression of the Comcast Experience. Execute new acquisition sales of Comcast Commercial Internet, Video and Voice services to small and mid‑size businesses. Generate new leads through targeted prospecting activities such as cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships. Focus on advanced communications solutions including PRI, Hosted PBX and multi‑location opportunities. Identify improvement areas through a consultative process that enhances prospects’ ability to communicate effectively internally and externally. Effectively manage a territory with high activity through a comprehensive business plan. Collaborate with technical, customer service, and support staff to ensure end‑to‑end customer sales and satisfaction, driving new revenue growth. Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects that yields monthly quota performance and above. Stay knowledgeable of Comcast products and services to facilitate sales efforts. Achieve and exceed assigned sales and business quality objectives. Adhere to all company standards and maintain business professionalism, punctuality, and regular attendance. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
