Are you a construction leader with a passion for building high-performance, mission-critical infrastructure?

A rapidly growing data center owner-operator is seeking a Director of Construction to oversee the end-to-end delivery of data center projects across the U.S. You'll manage multiple large-scale builds, lead internal and external teams, and ensure consistent execution across hyperscale and colocation environments.

What You'll Do:

• Lead construction from preconstruction through commissioning
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and delivery teams
• Drive contractor, consultant, and vendor performance
• Collaborate cross-functionally with development, design, and operations
• Establish standardized reporting and project controls
• Ensure safety, quality, cost, and schedule targets are met

What We're Looking For:

• 10+ years of construction management experience
• 3+ years in data centers or mission-critical infrastructure
• Proven success delivering complex, multi-site projects
• Strong leadership and vendor management skills
• Familiar with tools like Procore, MS Project, or Primavera
• Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar
