It primarily works on multifamily developments but also handles a mix of other building types, including specialized and renovation projects. It has been operating for over two decades and has built a solid track record delivering projects of varying size and complexity

Job Description

• Assist in planning and maintaining project schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Track expenses and support efforts to keep the project within budget.
• Communicate with subcontractors to ensure work meets project requirements.
• Maintain and organize project documentation, including permits and reports.
• Address on-site challenges and escalate issues to the Project Manager when needed.

• Proven success driving multifamily projects forward through proactive coordination and problem-solving.
• Deep understanding of multifamily construction, from site development through unit turnover and closeout.
• Exceptional communicator who builds strong relationships with field teams, subcontractors, and ownership groups.
• Results-driven mindset focused on delivering safe, high-quality projects on schedule and within budget
• Open to travel across Texas as needed
