What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality emergency care to diverse patient populations
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a fast-paced ED setting
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently
• Respond swiftly to emergency situations and provide critical interventions
• Follow hospital protocols and safety guidelines
• Float to different units as needed, rarely during this assignment

What You Need

• Valid Kansas or compact RN license
• Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS), and Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) certifications required
• Minimum of 3 years ER experience, with 5+ preferred
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
