Property ManagerAs a CBRE Property Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the team responsible for all operational and financial activities of a single property or small portfolio of properties. This job is within the Property Management job function. They are responsible for operating buildings on behalf of a client or group.To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.Active and valid California Real Estate License is requiredPrior commercial office property management experience is strongly preferredPossession of industry designations such as Certified Property Manager (CPM®) or Real Property Administrator (RPA®) is preferredAbility to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job and departmentIn-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. The minimum salary for the Property Manager position is $115,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Property Manager position is $125,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
