If so, we'd love to hear from you. Our client is seeking a tax accountant to handle all tax-related tasks accurately and on schedule while following official company and government guidelines.

Schedule: Full-time

Pay: $22.00/Hour

Status: Temporary

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare and process tax filings and related documentation in an accurate and timely manner
• Assist in maintaining internal tax controls and compliance procedures
• Communicate effectively with governmental agencies, vendors, customers, and internal employees
• Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive financial, employee, and operational data
• Collaborate with internal departments to support accounting and tax functions
• Utilize accounting systems and software to input, analyze, and report financial information
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (degree in accounting, finance or related field preferred)
• Three (3+) years of proven tax processing experience
• Knowledge of tax and accounting principles and procedures
• Ability to read and interpret tax law and standard business documents
• Demonstrated strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
