Overview We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our dynamic team in Louisville, KY. In this role, you will be responsible for performing high-quality welding on a variety of materials, ensuring precision and adherence to safety standards. If you have a passion for craftsmanship and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Set up and operate TIG welding equipment to fabricate and repair metal components. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements. Inspect completed welds for quality and adherence to specifications. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all safety protocols are followed. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines. Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment to ensure optimal performance. Assist in training and mentoring junior welders as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in welding preferred. Proven experience as a TIG Welder, with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
