Physical Therapist - Clinical Director (Chicago)

We partner with elite strength and conditioning coaches, sports performance coaches, sport psychologists, and registered dietitians to cater to the whole athlete and patient. Responsibilities :

• Responsible for marketing and growth of the clinic meeting the expectation of 40 patients a wk
• Become heavily involved in the community of the gym the clinic is located in
• Competent in EMR and abides by timelines of documentation standards
• Continuously advances education to improve the skills of the therapist
• Be involved in social media for marketing strategies
• Provide gold standard evidence based physical therapy services to all patients
• Go above and beyond to market and grow the clinic working hours that best suffice the patient population

Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience private outpatient setting
• Enjoys working out and taking fitness classes - COMES WITH FREE GYM MEMBERSHIP
• Clinic director experience preferred
• Advanced manual therapy certifications preferred
• Dry needling certification preferred
• Experience in working with elite athletes preferred
