The Line Cook/Seafood Market role involves preparing and cooking fresh seafood products within a small kitchen team. This position requires a strong focus on sanitation and kitchen safety to maintain high-quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh seafood products according to recipes and quality standards
- Handle and clean seafood safely following sanitation guidelines
- Cook seafood dishes efficiently while maintaining taste and presentation
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to sanitation standards
- Follow kitchen safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe work environment
