PAY RATE: $36.25/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

• Oversees global supply chain material flow, expediting, routing, and dispatching parts to meet production schedules.

• Reviews the master production schedule to identify potential or actual shortages and alerts appropriate authorities.

• Orders damaged material repairs and arranges in-house transportation for material flow.

• Generates progress reports on schedule status and tracks completed orders.

• Documents material changes, substitutions, shortages, and schedule modifications.

• Works with suppliers through phone calls, emails, and cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues promptly.

• Uses SAP for material tracking, procurement, and inventory management.

• Uses Microsoft Office for reporting, data analysis, and communication.

• Applies procurement and commercial business acumen to maintain production schedules.

• Operates within established processes and procedures in a multi-functional organization.

Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

• U.S. Citizenship required (dual citizenship of another country is not supported).

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.

• 3-5 years of experience as a Material Expeditor.

• 3+ years of professional experience using Microsoft Office.

• 3+ years of professional experience using SAP.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Procurement and commercial business acumen and analytical skills.

• Experience working within established processes and procedures.

• Experience working in multi-functional organizations with proven ability to achieve professional and business goals.
